New Launch! The Courtesan Part Six

Part Six of The Courtesan is up and on over at Smashwords, and for those who
buy from iTunes, Kobo Adult, or Barnes&Noble, I’ll again have to wait for
approval in the Smashwords Premium Catalog, before they distribute part six to all
other vendors, including stores overseas. Give it a week.

Yes, I’m in stores overseas. Right now! You just have to look for me.

I’ll be ending this series with part seven, but that’s okay. This is actually the first
serial story I ever published, and I have another erotic serial simmering in the back
reaches of my mind, because, this is fun! It’s a challenge to write a novel (70,000
words) in less than two and a half months. Keep it all together in my head, not
wanting to trip over my own feet, loosely speaking.

Maybe I wrote something good (I think I did), and maybe you think I could have
done better. Don’t know. I just know I liked telling this story.

I still have to finish a novel as Ripley King (Baby Makes Three), but while I’m
doing that, I’m going to re-publish Alice in Sexland in five parts under the Nikki
Blood pen name. Five new covers for each part, already done. It will keep the
momentum up for me here, this me, and let me get the other book done. I won’t
have to split my attention between two different styles of books, using two
different voices.

Links up

Sometimes I'm too busy for words, but I did get the D2D, Pronoun, and Streetlib links
up. Now, if I can keep my many efforts from going tits up, that would be the icing on
the cake.

I can say that Kobo Adult managed to find part two of The Courtesan, so all five parts
of The Courtesan are there. I have a couple of me days I got to take before I can
finish part six, but it's okay. I'll have that done, and maybe part seven done before
the month is out. If not, the first week of March.

Part seven will end the story at 70,000 words. I don't want to even try and milk it
out past that. Things are happening too fast in their world. My characters, they
decide . . . everything. If they think the story should end, it ends. I also managed a
sample page up for part one. Check it out! Anyway, that's as big of update as I got.

See you next time.

Google Play

For me to get my books up at the Google Play store, I have two options. The first
is the Italian company Streetlib, and the second is Pronoun. I’ll have links posted
to both my book sites. My site here, and on my Bastard Black blog, with maybe a
mention of what’s done in a Rip’s Picks update, when purchase links are posted on
the books page.

Both Streetlib and Pronoun make payments through PayPal, monthly, which is
good. Always remember that PayPal can be self-righteous when it concerns what
they deem as questionable material, and to get an account unfrozen may take a
lawyer.

Now, with Streetlib, they have zero qualms when it comes to erotica. So that’s
what I’ll do with them. The Courtesan is but the first of many erotic titles I have
planned, and I’ll make sure I’m worldwide with them. Nothing like going
worldwide when sex sells. My titles will not be mentioned by Streetlib to PayPal,
only how much money I’m paid.

Pronoun, in their terms and conditions, would rather do without outright
pornography, and my erotica falls within that realm, so they will be used for
everything else . . . Ripley King, and Bastard Black. I’ll use them only for Google
Play, as I have everything else covered by Draft2Digital and Smashwords. I post
those links to the right, too.

If at a later date I have a problem with Pronoun, as it seems like they have an
affiliation with Amazon I’m not sure about, or like, I can still use Streetlib.

I’m averaging 2000 words a day now, so I’ll see part six done soon. I’d do more,
but I’m working on Baby Makes Three as Ripley King in the evenings. Alongside
the above, that is.

My ads are still running for both me here, and as Ripley King. I’m making money
from the ads I run at Rip’s Pick, though not much. It’s okay. So, I’m being seen,
and that’s what really counts.

Drop by the Bastard Black blog, as a new post there delves into Lester Dent, and
the legacy he left for all writers.
